VBS – Needed Volunteer Snack Donations

St. Luke’s is responsible for suppling snacks for the volunteers on June 2nd, during Vacation Bible School.

We are looking for donations of below items for June 2nd:

  • Mini bagels & cream cheese

  • Veggie tray

  • Fruit tray

  • Cheese and cracker tray

  • Cookies

  • Various muffins and bakery items

You can bring items in on Sunday, May 31 or Monday, June 1, to either the church or Parish House. Please label VBS.

VBS – Needs Class Guides

Class Guides take attendance, escort and supervise children during rotation sessions, snack, and travel time.
 
The dates and grades are listed below. If you can help out please reach out to the office and the Parish Administrator will forward your information to the coordinators of VBS.
 
We need class guides on these days:

  • Monday 6/1 in 1st Grade, 1A

  • Tuesday 6/2 in 1st Grade, 1A

  • Wednesday 6/3 in 1st Grade, 1A

  • Thursday 6/4 in 1st Grade Class 1A 

  • Thursday 6/4 in 1st Grade Class 1B 

  • Tuesday 6/2 in 4th Grade Class 4B 

  • Friday 6/5 in 4th Grade Class 4B
