Join the Diocese of Southern Ohio in celebrating our LGBTQ+ leaders, friends, and neighbors at one or both Pride Masses this June!
Join Episcopalians in the Columbus area and beyond on June 12th at Trinity, Capital Square for their annual Pride Mass, taking place the night before the kick off for the Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival. This year, our celebrant is the Rev. Gerardo Romo Garcia (diocesan missioner for Latino ministries), our preacher is the Rev. Julia Joyce-Miesse (St. Luke's, Granville), and our deacon is the Rev. Mary Raysa (St. Luke's, Granville). Our music will be led by Q Jones, music and arts leader from Peace Lutheran Church in Gahanna, OH. A festive reception will follow the service. SEE FLYER HERE
Episcopalians in or near Cincinnati and beyond, are invited to our cathedral on June 29th -- the day after the Cincinnati Pride Festival -- for our annual Pride Mass, the Rt. Rev. Kristin Uffelman White, Tenth Bishop of Southern Ohio presiding. This year, a potluck dinner and "Twilight Tea" dance will follow the service in Sycamore Commons (the courtyard between the cathedral and diocesan office) with jazzy drag performances by PHDee and Lady Phaedra and with DJ Bard spinning tunes.
