St. Luke's Membership Directory Update

I want to thank everyone at St. Luke’s Church for the wonderful response I received in updating your profile information and submitting current family photos for our online membership directory. As of my writing this article, we have 143 families listed in the directory. Ninety-one parishioners have set up passwords and have contact access to St. Luke’s members through instantchurchdirectory.com. 

Instant Church Directory features parishioner information which is instantly updated when; new members are added, there are changes to contact information, or updated photos are submitted. This assists in integrating our new members into our family with a wonderful tool to put names to faces and assures that contact information is current. Your email along with your unique password will work on the Instant Church Directory website and the Instant Church app on any device. Mobile apps are a wonderful tool to assist in making contact with members of the parish on the go. On the app you have the choice to phone, text or email directly from within the app. Apps are free to members with an email listed in our directory.

Groups: Have you clicked on this tab? This is a wonderful tool for letting members know what Groups are available and a listing of the members in the group. Submit your Group name and members for listing in the directory. I will enter and keep this updated for you. Also upon request, I will send you a PDF contact page for the members of your group. 

Birthdays and Anniversaries: This member data has not been added to this program at this time. The church office currently has this information recorded in a separate program and lists member’s month/day in the Sunday bulletin and in the Monthly What’s Happening page. 

This program is not static - unlike the traditional pictorial directory booklets! I am available ongoing to enter updates to your family photos, contact information, and update your active group members. I am available to assist you in accessing and using this wonderful online tool or for those not online, a paper copy can be printed for your use.
